• Security and transparency is our priority with, Belwood Investments!

• Each investor is secured to each one of their investments by a 2nd Deed Of Trust.

• All funds sent in by an investor are allocated and managed by the Title Company and Hedge Fund.                At no point in time do investor funds ever touch the hands of Belwood Investments.

• All net profits are split 50/50 and are secured by a Joint Venture Agreement at the time of investment.
